Port Colborne Energy Park

The City continues to work with Nyon Oil Inc as requested by Nyon Oil for additional input on development options at the Energy Park but as of now the City has not received specific proposals for a start on development. 

As you maybe aware the Ontario Municipal Board process was completed and it is now up to the developer to file specific development applications for both the Industrial areas as well as the proposed Fuel Storage facilities.

The City is very supportive of this development proceeding and will deal with any applications on an expedited as possible basis.
