CAPITAL ASSET COORDINATOR/ANALYST

CAPITAL ASSET COORDINATOR/ANALYST


You will be responsible for the maintenance of the City’s Tangible Capital Asset Accounting Program, coordination and monitoring of the capital budget and preparation of financial reports in compliance with PSAB.   The successful candidate will posses a University degree in Business Administration Accounting, complemented by 4 years of progressive experience in capital budgeting, capital asset recording, cost accounting and reporting in the public sector (preferably Municipal). A candidate who has a CPA designation is preferred.  You must also have strong computer, organizational and interpersonal skills. Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines are essential.

 

This is a unionized position with a salary of $57,266.63 and a competitive benefit package.
