Port Colborne offers a wide range of programs and services to local residents and visitors. Recreational facilities include the marina, pools, beaches, arenas, ball fields, cross country/walking trails and camping areas.
The City of Port Colborne maintains over 250 acres of park land as well as over one kilometre of lakefront beaches. The City's largest park, HH Knoll Lakeview Park is a 9-acre park on Gravelly Bay which overlooks Sugarloaf Marina.
Lock 8 Park offers visitors a sensational view of ships as they transit the Welland Canal and is an ideal setting for a picnic or family get together.

Active Cultural Arts Community
Port Colborne is a very active and dedicated community when it comes to the arts. Showboat Festival Theatre located at the Roselawn Multicultural Arts Centre performs professional live theatre from June through September.
Art galleries and displays can be found throughout the community including the Port Colborne library which features an ever changing display of local talent in its atrium.
The Port Colborne Historical & Marine Museum located next to the City's library has carefully preserved over 15,000 artifacts going back to 2500 BC along with a recreated village setting and charming tea room.
