Posted by Michelle Cuthbert on Thursday, August 1st, 2019

The samples collected from the five sample points in Sugarloaf Harbour at Sugarloaf Marina on Wednesday, July 31 were tested for E. coli bacteria and provided a geometric mean of 161, which is under the acceptable limit of 200. Therefore, following Niagara Region protocols for beach postings, Sugarloaf Harbour is posted as safe for swimming. More info: http://portcolborne.ca/page/marina
